Week One - Day Four
4.28 miles treadmilling today.
I've been trying to ease my way into walking a little faster.
I have my iPod shuffle dealie-bob, and have been using it to tell me when to speed up or slow down. Speed up for a song, recover for a song. So it may vary from day to day how far I'm going, but variety is good, yes?
Like I said, still not walking too fast, but at this point I'm happy to be moving again and not miserable as a result the day after.
Although I have developed the most irritating blister. It's not on my heel or on my toe. It's under my toenail. Hurts, man.
