Sit tight...cool air coming. I'd love to give your landlord a piece of my mind. I'm good at that, but you might end up out on the street.
I appreciate the sentiment.
Sadly, it seems the best way to deal with him is patience and kindness, even though I do it as I grit my teeth.
The weather's a little better today, so the mood is shifting for the better.
