What can I say? He didn't even try to blow it tonight! Very pleasantly surprised.
Wakes pitched through the 6th, then Tavarez, Timlin(briefly) and, yes, Seanez.
Our offense was very active, despite less-than-impressive showing from Papi, but that's ok since he's always there when it makes or breaks a game. Just not necessary tonight.
So yay! Sox win 9-3.
Oh, and to top it with a cherry, the Lakers are getting their asses handed to them by the Suns in game 7. Just a little extra joy, considering the whole Celtics/Lakers rivalry that I grew up with.
And a happy Jess is calling it an early night.
Overdid the treadmill and outdoor walking today.
